Paving operations have begun on Roosevelt Street in Two Rivers.
Vinton Construction sent a notice to the City of Two Rivers and residents along the reconstruction project, noting that they anticipated setting the stringline and fine grading on the road to be done on Thursday.
As the pouring begins, certain residents will not be able to access their homes until it sets, but they have been made aware of when exactly that will be happening.
The road was completely shut down to traffic yesterday as well, and it is not clear when the paving will be complete.
