A Manitowoc author has just released his fifth book.
Jim Lazarus’ latest creation, “Eight Stories,” is already getting attention, with two of the short stories receiving awards at the Wisconsin Veterans Creative Writing Contest.
“Promise Made in Saigon” earned a first-place finish, while “Golden Angels” came in second.
Also among the fiction stories are “London and Down Under,” “Sabotage at the Shipyard,” “The Buffalo Hunters,” “No One Will Ever Know,” and The Night the Playground Closed.”
