A 20-year-old woman was arrested at the Manitowoc County Fair after she was found to be in possession of marijuana.
A citizen approached an officer at 9:00 Saturday evening to report an underage woman who was intoxicated.
The officer located the individual, who was said to be showing several signs of impairment.
She was initially resistant to officer commands, but eventually, she agreed to exit the fairgrounds for processing.
The woman told police she needed to use the restroom, where she began searching through her purse.
The officer stopped her and located a vaping device that contained THC.
It was learned that the woman had open cases in Manitowoc and Brown Counties for drug possession and for discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker.
She was arrested on charges of Possession of THC, one count each of Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping and was cited for Underage Possession or Consumption, her first offense.
