Flags will be flown at half-staff today to remember a former state representative.
James Soletski passed away last week on Tuesday (August 20th) at the age of 75.
He represented the 88th Assembly District, which covered most of the greater Green Bay area for two terms when he ran in 2006.
While in the assembly, Soletski served as the chairperson for the Energy and Utilities Committee, vice-chairperson of the Elections and Campaign Reform Committee, and was a member of the Consumer Protection Committee.
Services for Soletski will be held today in Green Bay.
Lowering the flags to half-staff was made by an executive order signed by Governor Tony Evers and will last from sunrise to sunset.
