A bond reduction for the mother of missing 4-year-old Elijah Vue has been denied.
According to court documents, 31-year-old Katrina Baur sent a letter to Judge Robert Dewane regarding his recent ruling on August 7th.
Dewane responded to the letter saying that for reasons stated earlier this month, Baur’s bond is still denied, and she still can’t have any contact with anyone under the age of 18.
However, she will now be able to visit with her kids per this being a CHIPS case.
Other conditions of bail will remain the same.
Baur and her boyfriend Jesse Vang are both charged with child neglect in incidents that happened before Elijah went missing.
Baur is due back in court in October. Vang will return to court late next month.
