The Sheboygan Area School District (SASD) is now accepting applications to fill a vacancy on its Board of Education.
According to a state statute and SASD Board of Education policy, the seat must be filled and interested candidates must reside within the SASD boundaries but outside the City of Sheboygan.
The appointed candidate will fill the seat through April 2025 and can seek re-election if they choose to.
The Board of Education will interview candidates, and a vote will be held to determine who will be taking the seat.
To apply, candidates are required to submit a declaration of interest, in person, by 4:00 p.m. September 5th to the Office of the Superintendent, located at 3330 Stahl Road.
