There are two meetings scheduled for today (September 3rd) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Room Tax Commission will be in the Council Chambers at 4:30 p.m., where they will look over the Room Tax Collection Report for August before entering a closed session to get an update on the lawsuit with the Manitowoc Area Visitor and Convention Bureau.
Then at 5:30 p.m., the Finance Committee take over the Council Chambers, where they will look over applications for an open MPU Commission position.
They will also discuss some items for the 2025 budget and a request to install a donation tube at Rheaume Park.
