After four consecutive matches on the road to open the season, Manitowoc Lincoln hosts the Ripon Tigers in their home opener at Rubick Field.
Ripon, of the East Central Conference is off to a 2 and 1 start, including an 8 to 0 conference victory over Berlin on Tuesday.
The Ships have yet to taste victory this season, but Head Coach Matt Kadow is optimistic as he says his club is playing hard and is “very close” to turning the corner.
Due to a scheduling quirk, this is one of just six home matches for Lincoln this year.
Match time is 6:30 at Rubick Field.
Elsewhere in Boys Soccer, Roncalli hosts Green Bay N.E.W, Lutheran. Match time is 4:30.
In Girls Volleyball, Two Rivers has a non-conference match at Sheboygan North beginning at 6:30, and in the Big East, Manitowoc Lutheran travels to Hilbert while Mishicot travels to Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah. Both matches begin at 7:00 p.m.
In Cross Country, several local and area schools participate in an Invitational hosted by Kiel. The competition begins at 4:00 p.m.
