A road project in Chilton has wrapped up.
An announcement from the city yesterday announced that E. Main Street or County Highway Y is open to traffic after a long reconstruction of the road.
The final touches were done including sweeping and construction signs being removed.
The city of Chilton thanked everyone for their patience and understanding during the various road construction phases.
The final layer of blacktop was laid for the project at the end of August.
