The woman accused of attempting to return an unpurchased item at the Manitowoc Hobby Lobby has officially been charged.
31-year-old Rosalia M. Romero was given a $1,000 cash bond on charges of Retail Theft, Theft by Fraud, and seven counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Officers were called to the store Wednesday afternoon (September 4th), after a worker saw Romero enter the store, place a dresser in her cart, and then attempt to return it without paying.
Romero was ordered to have no contact with Hobby Lobby, and is due back in court on September 9th.
