Manitowoc Police are asking for the public’s help after a physical assault at a home last week.
Police Captain Peter McGinty says police were called to the 1200 block of North 9th Street around 5:24 am last Saturday (September 9th) after someone entered into a residence and assaulted someone.
Although the suspect hasn’t been identified, Manitowoc Police describe him as a white male about 5’6″ with a thin build, having blonde or brown hair with bangs, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants.
The male was confronted by another person at the home but left before police arrived.
The suspect’s vehicle was found on home surveillance video.
Manitowoc Police say it’s a newer model white SUV similar to a Nissan Rogue, Chevy Trax, or Buick Encore and was last seen traveling north on 8th Street past Reed Avenue.
A $750 award through Crimestoppers is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of the person responsible.
