Some more closures have been announced in connection to the I-41 expansion project between Appleton and De Pere.
The DOT is warning motorists that the north and southbound lanes will be closed between Wisconsin Avenue (Exit 138) and Richmond Street (exit 142) from 11:00 Monday night (September 16th) to 4:30 Tuesday morning.
Also closed overnight will be the northbound Wisconsin Avenue on ramp, the southbound on ramp at Richmond Street, and the north and southbound on ramps at Highway 15.
There are three other long term closures that are expected to be lifted later this month.
County Road N between Elm Drive and Patriot/Moasis Drives, the southbound ramps at County Road N, and Rose Hill Road over I-41 between Fairlane Drive and E. Evergreen Drive will reopen between mid and late September.
The full project is expected to take six years to complete.
