A Manitowoc man charged with his 3rd OWI is free on a $500 cash bail.
42-year-old Patrick J. Oehlke was arrested on September 8th after he crashed his car while driving impaired.
There was also a minor under 16 in the car at the time.
He allegedly admitted to police that he had had four or six drinks prior to the crash, and subsequently failed a field sobriety test.
Oehlke was ordered to not operate any motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and to maintain absolute sobriety.
He will have his initial appearance on September 16th.
