Norman L. Baumann, 79, Sheboygan, child enticement-sexual contact (2-counts) and misdemeanor 4th degree sexual assault, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Count 1 – Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison System for ten (10) years. Five (5) years initial confinement followed by five (5) years extended supervision. Count 2 – Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison System for ten (10) years. Five (5) years initial confinement followed by five (5) years extended supervision, consecutive to count 2. Count 3 – Nine (9) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, consecutive to count 5. The Court orders conditions of extended supervision. Conditions are: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Psychosexual evaluation and follow through; 3) No contact with MB, LB, LH, or JR; 4) No contact with anyone under the age of 18; 5) Maintain absolute sobriety; 6) No contact with taverns, bars, liquor stores or any place that has a primary purpose of the sale or consumption of alcohol; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees; 9) DNA sample.
Fabian A. Adams, 18, Manitowoc, attempt to take and drive vehicle w/o consent and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer on 5/19/24, Guilty plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years on count 1 and twelve (12) months on count 4. The defendant has two (2) days sentence credit if revoked. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) No contact with KB or their residence; 3) Pay restitution in the amount of $4219.96 to KB; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling or combination; 5) Ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court (count 1); 6) Provide DNA sample; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The agent is to submit a letter updating the court on the defendant’s status in six (6) months.
Misdemeanor
Marcus E. Nummerdor, 35, New Holstien, bail jumping and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 5/18/24, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Court sentences defendant to ninety (90) days Manitowoc County Jail, on each count, concurrent with each other and any other sentence, under the Huber Law, commencing 11-12-2024 by 6:00 p.m. Court imposes costs of $873 to be paid by 11-13-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. The court authorizes transfer of the jail sentence to any other county.
Jessie E. Snyder, 43, Manitowoc, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 2/6/22, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years.
