Manitowoc property owners are being reminded of their unpaid special assessments.
An announcement from the city clerk’s office says those unpaid special assessments that have a November 1st due date will automatically be transferred to the tax roll on that date.
Property owners entitled to the installment payment plan will automatically be given the installment payment plan by the entry of installments plus interest on the tax roll.
