The former HR Director for the City of Sheboygan and Outagamie County has been convicted in a federal child pornography case.
FOX11 reports that Adam Westbrook has officially been convicted on federal charges of producing child pornography.
Westbrook’s conviction will see him serve anywhere from 5 to 20 years in federal prison.
Westbrook had been arrested in January following the discovery that he recorded and shared sexually explicit videos of a child in a Sauk County Hotel.
This discovery stemmed from the arrest of Preston Kite, a Racine County Sheriff’s deputy to whom Westbrook shared the videos.
Kite is also facing child pornography charges of his own.
Westbrook is due back in court on December 5th for a sentencing hearing, while Kite will face trial in January of next year.
