The Chamber of Manitowoc County is hosting a unique scholarship fundraiser.
Meat Raffle and Mingle gives anyone the opportunity to help raise money for their $1,000 scholarship for area high school seniors going to a 4-year institution and $500 scholarships to students going to a 2-year institution.
Meat and Mingle takes place tomorrow (September 19th) at the Inn on Maritime Bay from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door.
They include a drink ticket and money for an appetizer.
Attendees can also purchase meat raffle tickets to win items like meat packages like porterhouse steak or Filet Mignon, beer and liquors, or a bottle of wine.
The Chamber has been awarded $70,000 in scholarships since the Chamber Ambassadors Scholarship Fund was established.
