There are four meetings scheduled for today (September 18th) in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Board of Public Works, which will be in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m. After looking over pay estimates for various engineering and public works projects, the group will review contractor’s payroll affidavits.
At the same time, the Community Development Authority will be in the second-floor conference room in City Hall.
They will look over their financials before getting updates on the Manitou Manor facility and a discrimination complaint.
They will also conduct a design review application for the property at 1010 South 8th Street before getting updates on the River Point District, the former Mirro property, and the former Lakeshore Mall.
Also scheduled to meet today is the Library’s Finance Committee, which will be at the Library at 5:00 p.m.
Then, at 6:00 p.m., Mayor Justin Nickels and Alderman/Council President Bill Schlei will hear from constituents in a listening session.
