Two female juveniles have been identified in a recent vandalism incident at a park in Oshkosh.
On September 19th, the Oshkosh Police Department announced that they were investigating the vandalism that occurred at South Park last month.
The vandals caused thousands of dollars worth of damage when they covered bathroom walls, fixtures, and floors with graffiti.
The suspects were caught on video surveillance cameras within the park, and with tips submitted by community members, were positively identified.
The two girls have been referred to the district attorney’s office on two counts each of criminal damage to property.
In a statement, the Oshkosh Police Department expressed its gratitude to the community members who helped identify the suspects and kept the parks safe and clean for everyone.
