The Manitowoc County Historical Society is no longer under summer visiting hours.
The society is now running Pinecrest Historical Village under fall hours, meaning the McAllister House Welcome Center and historic structures are open only Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 until 4:00 p.m.
The historical society says that while the year is winding down for the museum, there are several programs that are still available for anyone to attend.
The first event is the Homeschool Family Field Trip called Food, Forge, and Flame.
As always, tickets for the historical society costs $14 for adults and $13 for seniors, while children ages 4-17 get in for $10.
Children four and under are always free.
