Another person has been arrested in an attempted homicide and robbery case in Manitowoc.
Manitowoc Police say they put out a warrant for the arrest of Oscar Rodriguez of Manitowoc after a man at the Viebahn Apartments was shot and almost robbed back in November of last year.
Rodriguez was allegedly involved in the robbery along with Clarence Holder of Indianapolis.
Police says they conspired to rob the man at the apartment complex before it went wrong and the man escaped.
Last month, the US Marshal’s Service assisted in locating Rodriguez in the town of Newton during a traffic stop where he was arrested.
During the traffic stop, police say they also arrested Stacy Culbert after one and a half pounds of cocaine were found in the vehicle.
Both Rodriguez and Culbert were taken to the Manitowoc County Jail.
Holder is already in the Manitowoc County Jail facing charges of attempted 1st-degree homicide and attempted robbery.
It’s not known what charges the two other men are currently facing.
