The first suspect has been charged in relation to the death of Brandon Ramirez.
WBAY reports that 18-year-old Dion Richardson is the first of the four suspects in custody to be officially charged.
Richardson is facing three charges, including being a party to first-degree intentional homicide and resisting or obstructing an officer.
The three other suspects, Elijah White, Nigel White, and Darian Pinchart, have all appeared in court but are yet to receive formal charges, which are said to be coming in the next few weeks.
The four Green Bay men are in custody for their alleged role in the August death of Brandon Ramirez.
Ramirez was shot in the 1200 block of Berner Street in Green Bay before being dropped off at a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
