The Sheboygan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in an investigation.
Police officers were dispatched to the intersection of Spring Avenue and South 8th Street at approximately 5:30 yesterday morning.
Arriving officers located a bicyclist lying in the roadway who had sustained substantial injuries.
Authorities are requesting help from the community while they investigate just what happened.
Anyone traveling in the area who may have seen anything is asked to reach out to law enforcement.
The Sheboygan Police Department has also said, “If you were involved, we understand accidents happen, and you may be scared, but coming forward now is the right thing to do.”
