The owner of a now-closed haunted house attraction in Two Rivers will not be going to trial in his sexual assault case after all.
Early yesterday morning, 38-year-old John Schwarz pleaded no contest to charges including having intercourse with a child under 19, fourth-degree sexual assault, and causing mental harm to a child.
Schwarz was the owner of Scare USA, a haunted attraction in Two Rivers, which is now listed as closed online.
He’s due back in court on Wednesday (October 16th) for a sentencing hearing.
