The former Scare USA owner has been sentenced in his sexual assault case.
Court records show that 38-year-old John Schwarz Jr. was sentenced to nine months in the Manitowoc County Jail.
However, that includes time served, meaning he’s getting credit for his time in jail.
He was also sentenced to five years of probation.
Another count of repeated sexual assault of the same child was dismissed but read into the record.
Schwarz must also undergo a psychosexual evaluation, have no contact with anyone under 18 except for his children, and pay about $723 in court costs.
Schwarz pleaded no contest to the two charges he was sentenced for on Monday.
He was convicted of having sexual contact with multiple juveniles who volunteered and worked at the haunted house.
