Two Rivers Historical Society is inviting the public to learn more about the local history of gas and service stations.
During their triannual membership meeting, Chuck Peterson will be on hand to talk about some of the local gas and service stations and how they played into the history of the Cool City.
Peterson, a former service station owner, will specifically talk about Peterson’s Mobil Service Station, which is now High Lift Coffee Shop.
The social hour will begin at 3:00 p.m., with Peterson’s presentation starting at 4:10 p.m.
