The latest tool for local entrepreneurs will be hosting an open house later this month.
The Manitowoc Business Bays, located at 2619 Hamilton Street in Manitowoc, is inviting anyone who needs a space to run their business to stop out and see what they offer.
The building contains several 1,500-square-foot units, all of which feature a 14′ x 14′ overhead door, exterior security cameras, a private bathroom, 100 amp electrical service, LED lighting, heat, and a floor drain.
The open house is scheduled for October 27th from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m., and they are now leasing units for occupancy in November.
