The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office recognizes one of its own for their years of service.
The Sheriff’s recognized Captain Mike Polich for his 35 years of service on the force.
He started in 1989 and has worn many hats over the years, including Reserve Deputy, Corrections Officer, Jail Sergeant, and currently, Captain of the 1st shift.
Polich has also been a part of numerous specialties and training assignments like crisis negotiator, drug recognition expert, and more.
