A Green Bay man has had a plea hearing set in his sexual assault case.
FOX11 reports that 19-year-old Mauricio Powless will be back in Brown County Court on December 13th.
A February 5th trial date was also set if the plea hearing doesn’t happen.
A criminal complaint alleges that Powless tried to pull a 10-year-old girls’ pants down and tried to block a 13-year-old from exiting an elevator at the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay.
He then allegedly went back to the same hotel and allegedly touched another 13-year-old girl before taking off running.
He’s been charged with two counts of 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, false imprisonment, and attempted sexual assault of a child.
