The 17-year-old male who fought with police and nurses in Manitowoc has officially been charged.
Antonio M. Valdez was given a $500 cash bond on charges of Discharging Bodily Fluids at a Public Safety Worker, Battery to Law Enforcement, Resisting an Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and four counts of Intentionally Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child. Valdez was taken to a local hospital after he allegedly fell in a bathroom in Lincoln Park while intoxicated.
While in the hospital, he allegedly hit and kicked the nursing staff and two officers, and also urinated on one of the officers.
As a part of his bail, Valdez was ordered to have no contact with any parks in the City of Manitowoc or in Manitowoc County, nor any person under the age of 18 without supervision.
He is due back in Manitowoc County Court Monday afternoon.
