The woman who swallowed a baggie of drugs during a traffic stop is still in the Manitowoc County Jail.
39-year-old Briana L. Timreck was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Manitowoc and had her bail set at $2,000 cash, which she has yet to furnish.
She is facing charges of Obstructing, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, being the Keeper of a Drug Vehicle, and Possession of a Controlled Substance in Jail.
Also arrested during the stop was Jonathan K. McClary, a 37-year-old man from Manitowoc, who has posted his $500 cash bond.
He was charged with Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping, while Jaclyn L. Martinez, a 32-year-old Manitowoc woman, remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $250 cash bond.
She is facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
All three individuals will be back in court on Monday (November 11th) at 1:30 p.m., while a fourth person arrested, 40-year-old David J. Loucks of Two Rivers, was given a $1,500 signature bond on charges of Felony Bail Jumping and Carrying a Concealed Knife.
He will be back in court on November 18th.
