Five people were injured in a crash in Milwaukee Tuesday afternoon following a high-speed chase involving a stolen car and gunfire.
The incident occurred at the intersection of North Sherman Boulevard and West Meinecke Avenue when the driver of a stolen vehicle attempted to flee from two individuals who were shooting at him.
The driver of the stolen car collided with two other vehicles, causing one to roll over.
All five individuals were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver of the stolen vehicle fled the scene on foot while his passenger was taken into custody.
