An assisted living facility in Greenleaf is now under new ownership.
Wayside Parkview Estates was recently purchased by Mike and Stephanie Taddy, who also own Property Services, who are looking forward to keeping the legacy of the facility going.
Wayside Parkview Estates was founded in 2003 and is, in Mike’s words, a beautiful facility.
“I still think like people don’t realize how nice it is,” he told SeehaferNews.com. “That’s not a testament to Stephanie and I because we just bought it; it’s a testament to the to the founding members, including Bob Brandt, formerly of Brandy Busses and Wonder Springs Golf Course.”
Mike and Stephanie decided to purchase the facility because of their experience in owning properties, but also because he wants to continue providing the amazing services Wayside Parkview Estates is known for.
In fact, Mike told us the staff were all staying and were very welcoming.
“Stephanie and I had an opportunity to come into this very well operating business that had employees that are truly dedicated,” Mike noted. “A large part of our part time and casual staff, they’re retired. They’re doing it as a part of employment, but they’re doing it because they genuinely love the residents.”
Wayside Parkview Estates will be open to the public this weekend for an open house, which Mike says is an opportunity for people to start thinking about what they may want to do once they or a loved one get to the point where they need additional help.
“Hey, be nosy. I see the facility having seen the facility. Come on in,” Mike encouraged. “We welcome that. And most importantly, take the opportunity to meet the incredible team that we have. And Stephanie, I want to share a little bit about our vision to, you know, what we see for the future to be too.”
All are welcome to tour the facility at 3838 Church View Court in Greenleaf between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. today (November 16th) and also have a chance to win a door prize.
