Bellin Health has reached an agreement with an insurance provider for in-network access.
UnitedHealthcare and Bellin agreed to the multi-year agreement to help patients and families.
A press release from both groups says, “Our shared priority is to ensure Wisconsin families and employers have access to care from the providers they know and trust, and this agreement accomplishes that.”
If the issue wasn’t settled, customers under UnitedHealthcare would have become out of network with Bellin.
Bellin Health said on its website that it appreciates the understanding and support of patients as they navigated the negotiations.
