The source of the THC oil that caused the Famous Yeti pizza incident, which led to 85 people falling ill, has been identified.
A new report reveals that the oil was accidentally used by cooks in a shared kitchen space at the restaurant.
While the intended recipient and purpose of the oil remain unclear, the 85 affected individuals, ranging from babies to the elderly, reported symptoms after consuming the food.
Public Health Madison & Dane County clarified that although there were numerous complaints, no citations or arrests will be made, as delta-9 THC oil is legal in Wisconsin.
