Additional brands of cucumbers have been added to the Salmonella-related recall.
Balonian Farms of Arizona and Russ Davis Wholesale branded cucumbers of Minnesota have joined previously recalled SunFed products as the Salmonella outbreak continues in the U.S. and Wisconsin.
Both Balonian Farms and Russ Davis Wholesale cucumbers were shipped to Wisconsin, where there are currently three individuals infected with salmonella.
Additionally, Russ Davis has recalled other products containing possibly infectious cucumbers including wraps and pre-made salads, amongst others.
Pam Pak and Crazy Fresh brand cucumbers were also added to the recall, however, these products were not shipped and distributed in Wisconsin.
These new recalls come after it was learned that all brands in question were supplied by the same growers in Mexico.
