Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Psychosexual evaluation and follow through; 3) No contact with MH; 4) No contact with any persons under the age of 18 without prior agent approval; 5) Ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 6) Provide DNA sample; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence with no violations and completion of 50 hours of community service.
