A Sheboygan man was given probation rather than jail time after selling drugs that led to the death of another individual.
Donald Neese of Sheboygan was inside a Sheboygan County courtroom Friday (December 13th) for his plea and sentencing hearing.
Neese, who was charged with Harboring or Aiding a Felon, entered a plea of no contest.
WHBL reports that this plea came in response to a lesser charge.
Originally, Neese was charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide after selling drugs to another man which ultimately led to his death via overdose.
Court documents show that the terms of Neeseās probation include no contact with any tavern or business whose main purpose is selling alcohol, and he is not to possess any controlled substances, firearms, or syringes.
