A woman convicted for a gruesome Green Bay murder is facing charges after attacking a prison guard.
Court documents show that Taylor Schabusiness is now facing a battery by prisoner charge after she allegedly attacked a prison guard at the Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac.
The complaint was filed in late November, and she will next be in court for a preliminary hearing on February 7th.
Schabusiness is currently serving a life sentence without the chance of parole after the gruesome murder of Shad Thyrion in 2022.
The report from officials detailed a grisly scene where the woman used drugs with the victim, murdered him, sexually abused him, dismembered his body, and then placed his body parts around the premises.
In the summer of 2023, a jury found Schabusiness guilty of First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and Third-Degree Sexual Assault, all carrying repeater modifiers.
