A woman is facing her fifth OWI and drug charges after driving too slow on an Outagamie County highway.
Wisconsin State Patrol reports that the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office received a call just before noon yesterday (January 9th) about a Chevrolet sedan driving 35 mph in a 55-mph zone and not staying in its lane.
State troopers and sheriff’s deputies found the vehicle at a gas station in the Town of Freedom at 12:05 pm.
There, state troopers say they found 40-year-old Ashely Lulloff showing signs of impairment.
After an investigation, Lulloff was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a fifth offense.
Drug paraphernalia was found inside the sedan.
The incident is still under investigation.
