The 49th WIAA Girls State Basketball Tournament begins this afternoon (March 13th) at the Resch Center in Ashwaubenon with Semifinals in Division Three and Four.
In Division Three, the top-seed Elk Mound meets Xavier of Appleton, followed by second-seeded Oostburg battling three-seed Laconia.
In Division Four top-seed The Prairie School meets Cuba City, and two-seed St. Mary Catholic plays three-seed Durand Arkansaw.
The semifinals in Divisions Five, Two, and One will be held on Friday.
Champions will be crowned in all five divisions on Saturday.
