Felicia Kuehnl, the woman charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of Randy Lowze is due in court today. Lowze was found dead on April 20th from a gunshot wound to the head. Kuehnl took the victim’s vehicle, and led police on a lengthy chase, before surrendering to Sheriff’s Deputies. The initial appearance for Kuehnl will take place at 2:30 this afternoon in Room 218. The Honorable Mark Rohrer will be presiding over the case.
