City officials say a ribbon-cutting at Marshfield’s new city hall will be held in mid-November, but the building is open for business right now. Delaying the open house from October 11th to November 15th will allow some time for finishing touches to be completed. Work is still being done on the Council Chambers. The old city hall will be converted into a 40-unit apartment complex. That building was more than 100 years old.
