Milwaukee Brewer bats handed Brent Suter a seven-run lead after two innings in an 8-1 whipping of the Baltimore Orioles Monday afternoon. Suter picked up his first win by throwing six innings, allowing just four hits and one unearned run. He made his second major league start in place of Chase Anderson, who is sidelined with an injury. Brewer third baseman Travis Shaw rejoined the lineup just long enough to knock in the first run. He was sidelined later when he was hit by a pitch. Milwaukee manager Craig Counsell says Suter showed him enough to get another start this weekend against the Yankees. Jimmy Nelson tries to keep his recent hot streak going when he pitches for the Brewers this afternoon at 3:10 p-m.
