The City of Manitowoc has announced the closure of Manitou Park and Lower Schuette Park as a safety precaution due to the potential for rising water on the Manitowoc River. The Department of Infrastructure will be monitoring the water levels and will reopen the parks once there are no longer any safety concerns.
