Woman Dies in Vehicle Accident

A Michigan woman is dead after an accident near Shiocton. The unnamed 55 year old woman was riding a motorcycle on Highway 54 at around 4:15 PM in the Town of Liberty when she attempted to pass another driver. She then struck an SUV being driven by an unnamed 22 year old New London man. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while the woman died at the scene. According to police with the Outagamie County Sheriff’s office, the woman was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
