A Kiel man is facing child sex charges after allegedly assaulting a young boy two years ago. The boy reportedly started experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms, which initiated the investigation of 24 year old Tyler Schaefer. Schaefer told police that he horsed around with the boy, he never touched him. Schaefer saw a judge yesterday in Sheboygan County Court, and if found guilty, he could face up to 40 years in prison.
