The Brown County Drug Task Force, along with multiple other state agencies, arrested seven people on methamphetamine distribution, firearms, and kidnapping charges. Levester Brown, 33 of Milwuakke; Christopher Maccani, 37 of Green Bay; Jimmy Desotell, 25 of Green Bay; Christopher Champine, 35 of Green Bay; Umero Saldana, Jr., 39 of Green Bay; and Rayn Pieper, 33 of De Pere, were all allegedly conspiring to distribute at least 500 grams of meth. Maccani, Desotell, Champine, and Saldana Jr. are also charged with possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, while Champine and Jashuan Sepulbeda 24 of Denmark are being charged with kidnapping an unnamed individual, while brandishing a weapon. Chapmine is facing a mandatory prison sentence of 42 years and more than $10 million in fines.
