Two teenagers have identified as suspects in vandalism last month at Kiwanis Park in Kiel. Police chief Dave Funkhouser says the youngsters were identified through a tip to police. About 10:30 the night of June 23rd the teen suspects allegedly defaced the restroom and another building on the property with vulgar and racist graffiti in black spray paint. The words and images on one building were drug related and derogatory towards police. Chief Funkhouser says the teenagers have been released to their parents and will be referred to juvenile authorities for charges.
