A Green Bay woman who was last seen several days ago is considered missing under suspicious circumstances. Mara Vance is 26 years old and has several tattoos, including lips on her neck, and a pair of roses on her chest in front of each shoulder. When last seen she was wearing black sweatpants, a light green shirt, and white tennis shoes and had her hair in a bun.
